Blooming into Forgiveness: Seeing Our Inner Lily
They caught my eye at Trader Joe's—simple lilies, still closed tight—now have become the prettiest bouquet I’ve ever seen 🥲
They fill my home with a sweetness that whispers the Divine, and today they asked to speak.
Lilies have long symbolized the pure soul within us all.
Their perfect blooms remind us that beneath our human stories lies an untarnished essence—beautiful, whole, and divine.
So, what if we could see ourselves as our own "lily"?
Not as a tangled web of past pain or future worries.
Not as moments we wish we could redo, words we could take back, or paths we still question.
But as the pure, radiant being beneath it all.
When we choose to perceive ourselves in our highest, most innocent light, we heal from within and become that version.
Forgiveness is not about denying reality or condoning what happened.
It's about cutting cords to the thought systems that bind us.
Recognizing that fear—that persistent voice telling us to hold grudges, to remain angry, to never trust again—is merely an illusion the ego uses to keep us "safe."
Yet this safety comes at a cost...our freedom.
We are not our thoughts. We are pure love in motion.
Choose to see yourself and others for their lilies, so that YOU can be free.
Let go, my love...of anything that drains your energy...
Fill your life with everything that makes you smile.
Do something each day to point you where you want to go.
Even a simple pause to look up and give thanks for another day.
This world is so beautiful - yet we choose what we see.
Choose the sunshine, and sunshine will choose you.
It is after all, the very beginning of Spring 🌷
A time of renewal, growth and beauty.
May you see yourself as the lily you truly are, perfect in your becoming.
With love,
~Xo, Jessica
